Nathan Deal is a horrible, corrupt governor, but it? could have been worse. His primary opponent in 2010 was Karen Handel.

What I haven't heard is a clear statement that "Millionaires shouldn't draw Medicare, Social Security, VA nor any other? government assistance." It wouldn't be necessary to raise taxes so much if millionaires were cut off.

CLOSE THE? LOOPHOLES! -- but as it is Taxpayers who rank in the top 50 percent of taxpayers by income pay virtually all individual income taxes. In all years since 1990, taxpayers in this group have paid over 94 percent of all individual income taxes. In 2000, 2001, and 2002, this group paid over 96 percent of the total.

We have no income tax in NH for years...so all the rich ppl from Massachusetts have been moving here for many years and raising the cost? for regular ppl. The state gets money from property taxes mostly so rent is higher for everyone. Everytime we try to pass a state income tax the rich ppl defeat it. They run the state (like most states). So low public services...but the roads are ok .Its a good place to live if you can afford the rent.

hahah you are an idiot no shit? goods are 3 to 7 times cheaper, they are also paid like 10 times less! That is why there standard of living is many times lower than ours! In China the average worker gets paid 14 thousand dollars a year and have a standard of living half that to the average worker in the United States. And again, how does immigration mean high technology? And outsourcing isn't people seeking jobs in other countries kid, it is companies seeking cheaper labor abroad!
By: ytgv3fc7. on 30 May 11, 09:42:57
"Jobs? overseas are high paying compared to our cost of living? You mean jobs in China pay more?!" In Thailand the wage plus any assets you'd bring can buy you 3x to 7x as much in cost of living. In China it depends where you lived PLUS there's been massive food inflation in the last few months so perhaps not in China. Malaysia: not as bad of a problem. Japan: nuclear oopsies. Singapore: much better
By: ytgv3fc7. on 30 May 11, 09:41:39
Are you DAFT? You get to BE the out-sourcer when you have new immigrants AND fight some out-sourcing by LETTING people immigrate. the reason out-sourcing works is because people can't immigrate fast enough to chase the jobs. As soon as they can? there's no benefit to out-sourcing anymore & it goes away. Plus currency arbitrage in a paper-fraud-debt-as-money system. Americans ARE looking for jobs abroad, they are running away from the USA as fast as possible
By: durhamdf. on 29 May 11, 00:46:49
Lol just keep spewing out bullshit that you don't understand: "Immigration means high? technology and innovation and it also means chasing jobs overseas which are high-paying compared to your cost of living" WHAT?! LOL How does immigration "mean high technology" and what do you think outsourcing is? By that comment it sounds like you think it is Americans looking for jobs abroad... Jobs overseas are high paying compared to our cost of living? You mean jobs in China? pay more?!
By: ytgv3fc7. on 29 May 11, 00:34:14
"Again immigration means cheaper " AGAIN it does NOT. You're brainwashed. Immigration means high technology? and innovation and it also means chasing jobs overseas which are high-paying compared to your cost of living. I argued higher immigration will CAUSE THE STOP OF OUT-SOURCING. You can't even read.
By: durhamdf. on 28 May 11, 04:51:24
lol you are seriously clueless, take one economics class please and quick. THe reason there is outsourcing is because there are developing countries like China, India, and Brazil that have billions of people now who get paid less than 20? thousand US dollars a year. This is the natural progression of an economy. But we have failed to invest in our advantages in high tech and service industries because morons like you were to busy futilely fighting the departure of manufacturing jobs.
By: durhamdf. on 27 May 11, 23:47:16
lol I don't dissagree that the 90's goldilocks economy was bullshit but what did that have to do with my comment at all? Again immigration means cheaper labor which means more companies can afford to manufacture in the U.S. which means less outsourcing. You haven't given a single logical argument? or any argument at all really for why immigration would CAUSE outsourcing. You just keep repeating hte same moronic claim over and over
By: ytgv3fc7. on 27 May 11, 22:35:04
It's all in your head - the greatest expansion in history was of lies only, not economics. Ever. You are dreaming in LSD technicolour. Immigration is KEY to all of outsourcing and jobs. You're an? idiot.
By: ytgv3fc7. on 27 May 11, 22:34:10
child, what are you not seeing? You can't out-source a job? to punish employees when they can go move with the job right away. That's immigration policy. The reason cheaper labour exists is because of currency arbitrage - having paper money + interest rates. Having silver+gold as money resists this from happening, a real material cost in gold, silver, oil, food, is the same with no paper currencies & no immigration restrictions. The outsourcing would stop.
By: durhamdf. on 27 May 11, 22:04:14
(contd)... And no shit unemployment is higher now, after the greatest recession since the great depression, then it was? during one of the biggest economic expansions in U.S. history. My point was that there was more immigration in the 90's then there is today dip shit! Immigrants are LEAVING the U.S. currently because there are NO JOBS HERE! Immigration has absolutely nothing to do with our current unemployment rate.
By: durhamdf. on 27 May 11, 22:04:07
hahah what are you talking about kid, what does immigration have to do with outsourcing?!?! THe reason companies outsource is because there is cheaper labor abroad, not that I would suggest this, but if we let more and more immigrants in, they will drive the cost of labor down as corporations have a surplus of labor and can just give jobs to those who want to work for? the cheapest. This would limit outsourceing. You conservatards can't keep your moronic talking points straight!(contd)
